Located in the heart of the historic center of Buccarest, Dacia One Park is a building combining tradition and modernity.

The new building, ideally located at the intersection of two very active main arteries, Boulevard Dacia and Calea Victoriei, will offer approximately 13,000 m² of modern Class A office space.

Dacia One Park is a construction of a multifunctional building complex consisting of 2 building parts :

The first phase includes the construction of office spaces as extension to the historical monument building “Casa Cesianu”.

The second phase consists in the construction of an office building with 6 floors and 3 underground parking levels, with a building pit retained by diaphragm walls.

Thanks to its considerable technical expertise, SECO International is one of the actors contributing to the success of this ultramodern project. 

SECO’s assignment consists of the technical inspection services of the design and execution of the closed main fabric as well as the technical installations. Review of the seismic design is done according to the Romanian P100-1-2013 code and Eurocode 8

SECO’s Intervention

Critical issues reviewed included :

• Consolidation design of the historical façade, including underpinning design
• Foundation design, including structural stability diaphragm walls
• Review of the seismic design
